South Africans Miles and Cathy Alexander spent years working on Jeffrey Epstein’s private island. They say their role was routine work, and they did not know of any wrongdoing during their employment. Their names resurfaced when court documents in the Maxwell case were made public.
The couple lived in Jeffreys Bay before taking the jobs. Miles served as island manager from 1999 to 2007. Cathy worked as Epstein’s personal house manager. Testimony requests surface again
The couple was contacted about giving evidence in legal proceedings involving JPMorgan Chase. Authorities believe they help clarify operational details from their time on the island. Requests to testify were sent through the Humansdorp Magistrates Court. The couple said they would cooperate if required.
